CST Tenders was created to make property and building maintenance procurement in Singapore more open, efficient, and accessible for MCSTs, property owners, Managing Agents, and vendors alike.

Property and building maintenance works, comprised in cleaning, security, landscaping, M&E maintenance, lift servicing works, and more, is a specialised industry where relationships matter and where trusted vendor networks are built over years, and decades. Managing Agents and property managers play a vital role in maintaining these networks by ensuring that service quality and reliability are never compromised.

At the same time, many capable vendors, especially newer entrants and companies from outside a property's usual circle of contacts, often struggle to access tender opportunities simply because they haven't been introduced into the right networks. This isn't due to industry bad practice; it's simply a structural limitation of how traditional tendering works, mostly, through direct outreach and word-of-mouth.
